The Disney Series, Big Shot has approached us to do some filming on our property on the evening of March 9 between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Big Shot is a series starring John Stamos, Jessalyn Gilsig and Richard Robichaux. John Stamos plays

a temperamental college basketball coach who gets fired from his job and must take a teaching and coaching job at an elite all-girls private high school.

The scene entails someone exiting unit 4430 and he meets someone on the sidewalk and they walk East towards the alley between TT 2 & TT3. The Studio is in the process of building a set similar to the layout of one of our units but without the stairs. One of the fellows told us he was able to find the same hardware on eBay for the use on their red door similar to our doors back at the Studio.

During the day of the filming both sides of W. Kling Street will be closed to street parking from Clybourn Street down to the alley between TT#2 & TT#3. Clybourn Street will be closed for street parking so the Studio can park their trucks. Security guards from the Studio will be posted on W. Kling and Clybourn during the day of filming to ensure the streets are cleared of parking.

Additionally, the Studio will use our pool area as a staging area for the use of approximately 12 people during the filming. These people will drive their cars and park on W. Kling Street during the filming. There will be some food service provided for the extras and crew at the pool area.

The Studio will have a generator setup on Clybourn Street with a cable running down the alley between building 5 & 6 with the cable coming into unit 4430. Most of this work would be done in the evening of March 9. Some setup and cleanup would be required the day before and the day after. Garage access will not be hindered. They plan to put some plastic over the cables so we can safely drive over the cables.

The Studio will compensate the HOA $2,000 for the use of the pool area.

Portable toilets will be parked along Clybourn Street with the large studio trucks.

There is an agreement and insurance to cover this work and pay for any damage that might be caused by this filming.
