All posted signs at the pool area noting Health Department regulations and Association rules must be adhered to at all times. Failure to do so may lead to suspension of pool use for a period of time to be decided by the Board.

  • The pool will be heated from the last weekend in May through the last weekend in September, except in cases of unusual weather or as specifically approved by the Board. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • Residents/guests under the age of 14 should always be accompanied and supervised by a resident over the age of 18 when in the pool area and water.

  • No resident under the age of 18 may bring a guest to the pool area. A guest is defined as anyone a resident brings into the complex that does not live in the Association.

  • Pool parties are permitted with prior approval of the Board and must be supervised by adequate adult residents at all times. Groups of over 10 people must reserve use of pool beforehand.

  • Glass, ceramic containers and other breakable materials are prohibited in the pool/recreation area.

  • No animals are allowed in the pool area or the eating area adjacent to the pool.

  • Running, skating, skateboarding, screaming and non-pool related activities are prohibited in the pool/recreation area.

  • Incontinent individuals may not enter the swimming pool at any time. The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services requires pools to be closed and cleaned according to Health Department safety guidelines when contamination occurs.

  • Avoid excessive oil-based suntan lotions and creams as they create pool-cleaning problems and cause damage to pool furniture. Towels should be used when lounging on pool furniture.

  • Any person having a communicable disease shall not use the pool.

  • Guests and invitees MUST be accompanied by an ADULT resident of the complex AT ALL TIMES. Special requests may be made to the Board. US Coast Guard approved life vests are recommended for novices and beginners. All items must be clean prior to pool use and stored at the Owner’s residence.

  • The lifesaving apparatus is not to be used except for its intended purpose.

  • Drinks are permitted in the recreation area and pool provided they are in unbreakable containers. All residents are responsible for removing any trash and debris from the pool and recreation area.
