Pool Project Update

Dear Homeowner

Since the pool construction is almost complete, the board wanted to send an update on how the funds were spent. This includes the pool reserve funds as well as the special assessment funds.

Attached is a breakdown of all of the costs associated with the pool, along with some contingency expenses. The attorney prepared a schedule of payments, which corresponded to the phases on the SBW’s contract, and reduced each payment by 10% for retention. We will make the final payment of $8,507.50 when all of the work has been completed. This includes the installation of the bench near the fire-pit, the Plexiglass on the gates and the push open door handles and the electronic key pad entry on the gates.
