Increase The Value of Your Condo

Your Board met with more than half of the Association members around the pool on August 3 of this year to present our ideas about restoring the community’s pool. At that meeting, there was nary a negative word spoken about our proposed project.

Buoyed by your support, we have advanced our plans and have obtained renderings of the proposed new pool. Your condo is valuable. The pool undeniably sustains and increases that value. We all need to coalesce around this important project. It’s a big step that we all need to take together.

ONIT will be mailing a secret ballot for the special assessment needed to complete the pool remodeling project. Please vote following the ballot instructions. Return your ballot to the management company or bring it to the meeting on November 12, 2019, at 7pm, which will be held at 4430 W. Kling Street.

Other Important News

Roof maintenance is scheduled for November 11, 12 and 13 for building 5 (units 4424-4438). Precise Roofing will also conduct a walk through on all remaining buildings, as well as sweep the gutter guards on all buildings.

Tree trimming of in-ground trees on the property (including within individual patios) is scheduled for November 5th and 6th with Flintridge Tree Care. Please make sure to leave your patio gate unlocked and the patio clearly accessible for that day, so they are able to complete the work. We appreciate your help. This is an HOA sponsored event.
