Important Note: Saturday Drain Cleaning

Thanks to everyone who is participating in Saturday's drain inspection and cleaning.

Please note that in the two-story units, the portion of the drain that will be inspected and cleaned is located in the short-ceilinged storage space that is located behind your garage and accessed through the short door at the back of your garage. From what we have seen so far, it should be located on the same side of your home as your staircase.

In preparation for the cleaning, please make sure the space leading up to and around this particular drain pipe is clear and easily accessible. You may also need to take at least one car out of your garage in order for our plumber to be able to get in with his equipment and do the work.

Thank you again for the cooperation! We will begin with Building 1 at 9:30AM on Saturday.
